Bacon Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza

Bacon Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza is the perfect low carb partner during movie nights! Forget the low carb flours and make your pizza crust from meat! This pizza is NOT like normally fat head dough… this is a chicken crust pizza! 

This delicious bacon ranch flavored keto chicken crust pizza is easy to make, gluten-free, and almost zero carbs! It’s the perfect recipe on a keto diet to satisfy your pizza cravings .

Keto chicken crust pizza is one of my favorite ways to satisfy a pizza craving without adding a bunch of carbs. Give this recipe a try, because I’m sure it will quickly become one of your favorites, too!

Ingredients:

For the crust:

Ground chicken

Parmesan cheese grated

Mozzarella cheese shredded

Oregano

Basil

Egg

Salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

Sour cream

Cream cheese softened

Ranch seasoning mix

Freshly chopped chives

Toppings:

Mozzarella cheese

Chopped bacon pieces

Tomato

How to make Bacon Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Add the ingredients for the crust into a mixing bowl, and combine well.

Step 3. Spread the chicken crust dough out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, and form it into a thin circle with your hands. You can make the crust as thin or as thick as you would like it.

Step 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the beat is cooked through and the crust is starting to brown slightly in parts.

Step 5. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.

Step 6. Spread the sauce mixture over the top of the pizza.

Step 7. Top the pizza with the tomato, bacon pieces and mozzarella cheese.

Step 8. Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes and then serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground chicken
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • ⅓ C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Basil
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

  • ¼ C. Sour cream
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly chopped chives

Toppings:

  • 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C. Chopped bacon pieces
  • ½ Medium tomato chopped

Instructions
